Product basics, generations, marketplaces and QC rules — the short answers are below.
Start with a product photo, product name, brand, MRP and selling price. You can enter products manually or import a spreadsheet. EcommerceListing drafts the title, description, bullet points, backend search terms and supported apparel attributes, and you can review the generated listing before export.
Amazon.in, Flipkart and Myntra. EcommerceListing prepares a dedicated workbook with the columns each marketplace expects and flags validation issues before export.
No. You download the prepared workbook and upload it through the marketplace seller portal, so your Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra credentials never need to be shared with EcommerceListing.
Product photos are checked and, when needed, converted to the supported JPEG dimensions and file-size range. Amazon and Flipkart exports can include hosted image URLs. Myntra images are uploaded separately through the Myntra Partner Portal because its catalog workbook image columns remain blank.
The Free plan includes 5 listing rows per month with access valid for one month. Renewal is required after expiry. Each size of one product counts as one row. The 500 figure some sellers ask about is only the maximum number of products the system can accept in one batch when the workspace plan has enough allowance. Paid plans currently start at 80 listing rows per month.
A listing row is one size of one product: one line in the marketplace catalog file and one sellable SKU. A kurta listed in S, M, L and XL is one product but four rows, which is what the Myntra template itself expects. The AI writes the copy once per product and it is shared across that product’s sizes. If a plan allowance is exhausted, new generation pauses until the allowance renews or the workspace upgrades; existing listings remain available.
The issue is flagged for review before export. Validation checks include marketplace title and search-term limits, required product attributes and category-specific workbook fields. Marketplace rules can change, so sellers should still review the final file in the relevant seller portal.
Yes. Generated listings appear in a review workflow where supported fields can be corrected before downloading the marketplace workbook. The AI produces a draft; the seller remains responsible for the final listing.
