Clean the input before scaling the batch
Consistent source records reduce repeated corrections. Give each product a clear name, brand, price and matching image. Check duplicate records and missing facts before generation. Separate distinct products from their size variations so the catalog does not accidentally multiply or merge items.
- Start with a small representative group of products.
- Check required source fields and image access.
- Use stable identifiers to reconnect each output with its source.
Review by exception without skipping accuracy
Look for missing attributes, inconsistent units and unsupported claims across the batch. Correct shared input problems at their source, then review the affected drafts. EcommerceListing supports editing and retrying products that need attention, so one problematic item does not require treating every completed product as a new task.
Separate batch capacity from plan allowance
The workflow can accept up to 500 products in a batch when the workspace allowance supports it. That capacity is not a promise of 500 free listings. Allowances are measured in listing rows: one size of one product is one row. Check the current pricing page and your workspace before starting a large catalog.
Export for the destination, not just for Excel
Choose the dedicated Amazon.in, Flipkart or Myntra output. A spreadsheet that opens correctly can still have the wrong columns for the destination. Assign someone to verify the workbook and image handoff, upload it through the seller portal, and record any rejected rows for correction.
