1. Who we are and what this policy covers
EcommerceListing is a product operated by ESTYLISHKART ENTERPRISES LLP, an Indian-owned business. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to that company. We are responsible for the personal information we use to operate this service.
This policy covers visitors, account holders, workspace members, and people who contact us through ecommercelisting.com. EcommerceListing helps sellers prepare product listings, use AI tools, manage catalog information, and export marketplace files. Separate shopping services or fashion purchases from the company are covered by the notices provided with those services.
Read this policy alongside our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy. You can learn about our company on the About page.
2. Information you provide
- Account and workspace details: your name, email address, sign-in information, workspace name, team invitations, and assigned roles. If you set a password, we store a password hash.
- Product and business information: product names, descriptions, brands, prices, sizes, attributes, photographs, image links, size charts, and information submitted through spreadsheets or marketplace templates. Your seller profile may include manufacturer, packer, and importer names and addresses, tax classification codes, and country of origin.
- AI inputs and results: product context, images, instructions, generated drafts, and edits saved as part of your listing workflow.
- Plan and payment records: the plan you choose, billing period, amounts, currency, payment method and reference, discounts, referral relationships, and receipts recorded for your workspace. For online checkout, we send your account email, payment mobile number, workspace customer identifier, order reference, and purchase amount to HDFC Bank SmartGateway. We retain payment and refund references and verification results, but do not store the mobile number entered solely for checkout. Card and UPI details are entered on the gateway’s hosted page. Do not send card security codes, banking passwords, or UPI PINs through our forms.
- Communications: your name, email, message, and any information you include in support requests or export issue reports.
3. Information collected during use
Our service and infrastructure process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, errors, and network-derived location information used for regional availability, pricing, or security. Activity records can include your account identifier, email, actions, changes, and browser details. Application audit records store a hash of the IP address.
We also record listing and AI usage to apply plan allowances and investigate failures. Cookies and browser storage maintain sign-in state, remember dismissed guidance, and retain referral or discount codes. Our Cookie Policy explains these uses.
4. Information from other sources
If you choose Google sign-in, we receive identity information needed to authenticate you, including your name, verified email, and Google account identifier. This sign-in connection does not give us access to your Gmail inbox or Google Drive files.
A workspace owner or authorised administrator may provide your name and email to create an account or invite you. We may also receive payment confirmations and referral information connected with a plan purchase.
5. How we use information
- Create and authenticate accounts, administer workspaces, and apply team permissions.
- Generate and edit listings, analyse product images, validate marketplace fields, and prepare exports.
- Manage plans, record payments, apply discounts, and administer referral rewards.
- Respond to enquiries, investigate issues, and communicate about your account or the service.
- Measure usage, diagnose errors, improve the service, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
- Maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We process information for these stated purposes on the grounds available under applicable law, including your consent where required, permitted uses of information you provide to obtain the service, and legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. We may then be unable to provide the feature that needs that information.
6. AI processing and service providers
When you use AI features, relevant product text, attributes, instructions, and images or image links are sent to an external AI provider to produce a result. Depending on the enabled service and availability, providers may include Google Gemini, Groq, DeepSeek, and OpenRouter. OpenRouter routes requests to model providers, and a failed request may be retried with another enabled provider.
Provider retention, human review, and use of inputs or outputs for model improvement depend on the provider, service tier, and account settings. Some services may use submitted content to improve their models. We do not promise that every provider deletes data immediately or excludes it from training.
For more information, see the Google Gemini API terms, Groq service terms, DeepSeek privacy policy, and OpenRouter data practices. Contact us before submitting confidential information if you need details about the providers currently in use.
Use product information suitable for this purpose. Avoid including personal documents, customer records, payment credentials, or other sensitive information in AI inputs. Review generated content before using or publishing it.
8. Product images and shared files
Product images are made available through shareable URLs so marketplace systems can retrieve them. Anyone who has an image URL may be able to view or copy the image without signing in. Upload only images you are authorised to share, including any permission needed for identifiable people shown in them.
Export files can include product details, image URLs, and seller information such as manufacturer or packer addresses. Check the contents before sharing. Removing a listing does not necessarily remove its image files or copies already downloaded by other people or marketplaces. Contact us if you need an uploaded image removed.
9. How long information is kept
Account details, saved listings, uploads, support messages, and plan records remain in our systems to support the service and the purposes described above. Retention depends on the type of record, account activity, security needs, outstanding disputes, and legal recordkeeping requirements.
Routine activity records are subject to a scheduled retention process. Records of changes to access, credentials, roles, teams, and billing do not currently have an automatic expiry. They may remain after a member leaves a workspace. You can contact us to request a review of information associated with you.
Deletion requests are assessed against these purposes and applicable law. Some records may need to be retained, and copies held by providers or in backups may follow separate retention processes. We will explain applicable limits when responding to your request.
10. How information is protected
Our safeguards include HTTPS for the public service, password hashing, protected sign-in cookies, permission checks, rate limits, and activity logging. Access to workspace and administrative functions is restricted by role and permission.
No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your credentials private, review team access, and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Where required by applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority about a personal data breach.
11. International processing
We operate from India, and our infrastructure and AI providers may process information in other countries. Your information is not necessarily stored only in India. International processing is subject to applicable transfer restrictions and safeguards. Contact us if you need information about processing locations before using a feature.
12. Your choices and privacy rights
You can edit information using the controls available to your role, export supported listing files, manage workspace access if authorised, and clear browser storage. For a copy of your personal information, correction, deletion, account closure, or withdrawal of consent, contact ecommercelistingcom@gmail.com.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to information about processing and recipients, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, nominate another person to exercise rights where provided by law, or raise a complaint with the appropriate authority. Rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection framework apply as the relevant provisions take effect.
Include your account email, workspace name if relevant, and the action you are requesting. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect your information. We will respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any refusal or retention requirement. Leaving a workspace does not automatically delete records that its owner needs to retain.
13. Children’s information
EcommerceListing is intended for business users aged 18 or older. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps to remove it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes and obtain consent before processing information for a new purpose that requires it.
15. Contact and privacy complaints
For questions, privacy requests, or complaints about how EcommerceListing handles your information, contact ESTYLISHKART ENTERPRISES LLP at ecommercelistingcom@gmail.com or use our contact form.
Use the subject “Privacy request or grievance” and describe the concern and outcome you are seeking. Please avoid including passwords or sensitive identity documents in your initial message.
