Terms of Service

EcommerceListing is operated by ESTYLISHKART ENTERPRISES LLP. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Team members you invite act on your behalf according to the roles you assign them.

Available plans, prices, features, and allowances are described on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout or when a plan is assigned to your workspace. A listing row is one size of one product — one line in a marketplace catalog file — so a product uses as many rows as the sizes included in its listing. Your workspace plan determines the applicable allowance and whether it resets.

When you reach your listing allowance, additional creation may pause. Changing plans does not itself delete saved listings. Contact us to arrange an upgrade or downgrade; access to features remains subject to your assigned plan.

Where online checkout is available, HDFC Bank SmartGateway processes payments on its hosted payment page. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged. We activate access after verifying the payment directly with the gateway. A pending bank response may delay activation.

Monthly and yearly purchases provide access for the stated period. You choose and pay each renewal; we do not automatically debit your account. Early renewals of the same plan extend the existing expiry date. Without renewal, access returns to the Free plan at expiry. Existing listings are retained subject to our Privacy Policy, and listing quotas continue to follow the calendar periods shown in your account.

Contact support to change an active paid plan. Approved refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Sandbox payments are for testing and do not constitute a real-money purchase.

Listings produced by the AI generator are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is published to your catalog, and for making sure the content is accurate and lawful for the products you sell. Generated drafts belong to you.

• Don't use EcommerceListing for illegal, deceptive or harmful products.
• Don't abuse the API or attempt to bypass plan limits or rate limits.
• Don't resell access to the service without our written permission.

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime, to the extent permitted by law.

You can request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
