Start with an accurate view of the product
Choose clear source photographs that show the actual colour, shape and included items. Check that edits have not changed the product or suggested accessories that are not included. Keep original files so you can compare an exported or edited version with the real item.
Match the image set to the variation
Label image sets with the product or style identifier and colour. Similar-looking garments are easy to confuse in a large batch. Before export, compare the product name, colour and photograph in the same review pass rather than checking the image folder separately.
- Confirm the main image depicts the correct product.
- Keep supporting views attached to the same style.
- Use source facts for details a photograph cannot prove.
Check the prepared file and its access
EcommerceListing checks product photos and can convert them to supported JPEG dimensions and file-size ranges. Inspect the resulting image for cropping, loss of detail and correct orientation. For a hosted URL, confirm that it opens without an account and returns the intended image rather than a sharing page or an expired link. Verify the current destination requirements before submission.
Plan the marketplace-specific upload
Amazon and Flipkart exports can include hosted image URLs. In the EcommerceListing Myntra workflow, image columns are left blank and images are uploaded separately through the Partner Portal. Keep that separate step in your catalog checklist, including who will upload the files and how the style mapping will be checked.
